About the Desert Cabbage
The Kalanchoë Tyrsiflora goes by lots of names. Our favorite has to be the flapjack or desert cabbage. This cute succulent is very easy to care for and is native to, as you might have expected, the desert. It grows in a rosette like formation. If the plant does not get enough light it etiolates, this is the process of the leaves reaching for more sun.
