Enviamos a una sola dirección. Si te mudas, avísanos al menos 30 días antes de tu siguiente tarjeta regalo trimestral y actualizaremos tu dirección de envío. Solo puedes tener una dirección activa a la vez.

Cada tarjeta regalo trimestral es válida durante 6 meses. Si no la usas dentro de ese plazo, caduca y no se acumula.

Si te mudas a un país al que no enviamos, pausaremos tus tarjetas regalo hasta que vuelvas a un país con envío disponible. Los trimestres en pausa no se acumulan.

Cómo participar: apúntate con tu correo. Eso es todo. No hace falta comprar nada. Durante la campaña puede que haya formas extra de conseguir participaciones.

PART A: GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Organizer
This giveaway ("Giveaway") is organized by Sybotanica B.V., registered and headquartered in Arnhem, the Netherlands (KVK: 86643096), hereinafter referred to as "Organizer."

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway entry period, draw date, and winner announcement date are specified in the promotional materials accompanying this Giveaway (including, but not limited to, the landing page, emails, and social media posts). These dates are not repeated in these Terms & Conditions and may be subject to change at the Organizer's sole discretion. Any changes to the Giveaway Period will be communicated via the same channels used to promote the Giveaway.

3. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participants must reside in a country to which Sybotanica actively ships consumer orders at the time of entry. The current list of shipping destinations is available at sybotanica.com. Residency in a supported shipping country is required both at the time of entry and throughout the full duration of prize fulfillment. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sybotanica B.V., its affiliates, partners, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members are not eligible to participate. Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted. Multiple entries by the same individual (including via different email addresses) will result in disqualification of all entries associated with that individual.

4. How to Enter
Participants enter by submitting their email address and any other requested details via the designated entry form on the Giveaway landing page. Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Additional bonus entry methods may be offered during the Giveaway Period (e.g., social sharing, referrals). If offered, these methods will be described on the entry page. Bonus entries are subject to the same eligibility requirements and do not guarantee a win. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated (bot entries), or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

5. Prize
There is one (1) winner. The prize consists of a Sybotanica gift card with a value of one hundred euros (€100.00) issued once per calendar quarter (i.e., four times per year), for a total duration of fifty (50) years from the date of winner confirmation. This amounts to a total maximum prize value of twenty thousand euros (€20,000.00) over the full 50-year term (€400.00 per year x 50 years).

Prize conditions:

a) The gift card is redeemable exclusively on Sybotanica products available through sybotanica.com, including but not limited to SYBASoil mixes, plant food, soil improvers, mineral substrates, plant pots, moss, and bundles.

b) The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, resold, or redeemed at any retailer other than sybotanica.com.

c) The gift card is non-transferable. It is bound to the winner personally and to a single registered shipping address provided by the winner at the time of confirmation.

d) Products purchased using the gift card can only be shipped to the single registered address on file. The winner may update their shipping address by notifying the Organizer in writing (via email to info@sybotanica.com) at least 30 days before the next quarterly issuance. Only one shipping address may be active at any time.

e) If the winner relocates to a country to which Sybotanica does not ship, the quarterly gift card issuance will be paused until the winner provides a valid address in a supported shipping country. Paused quarters do not accumulate or carry over.

f) Each quarterly gift card must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of issuance. Unredeemed gift card balances expire after this period and will not be replaced, refunded, or carried forward.

g) Gift card balances cannot be combined across quarters. Each quarterly issuance is treated as a separate gift card.

h) The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Organizer's control make the original prize unavailable or impractical. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to provide a substitute prize that is comparable in nature and value.

i) Standard shipping costs are included for deliveries within Sybotanica's standard shipping zones. If the winner's registered address is in a region where surcharges or non-standard shipping fees apply, these additional costs are the winner's responsibility.

j) In the event that Sybotanica B.V. ceases operations, is acquired, or undergoes a significant restructuring during the 50-year prize term, the Organizer will make reasonable commercial efforts to honor the remaining prize commitment. However, prize fulfillment is contingent on the continued operation of Sybotanica B.V. or a successor entity. No financial compensation or payout is owed to the winner if the business ceases to exist.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Giveaway Period. The draw method (e.g., random selection via WooRise, Klaviyo, or another platform) will be determined by the Organizer. The selection process is final and not subject to appeal. The winner will be notified by email at the address provided during entry. The Organizer may also announce the winner publicly (first name and country only) via email, social media, or the Sybotanica website. The winner must respond to the notification email within fourteen (14) calendar days to confirm acceptance and provide their shipping address and any required proof of eligibility (e.g., proof of age, proof of residency). Failure to respond within this period, or failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner may be selected at the Organizer's discretion. The Organizer reserves the right to request valid photo identification and/or proof of address before confirming the prize.

7. Offers to Non-Winners
Non-winning participants may receive a promotional offer following the conclusion of the Giveaway (e.g., a discount code for the 5-Year Anniversary Sale or other promotions). Any such offer is entirely separate from the Giveaway and is provided at the Organizer's discretion. Receipt of a promotional offer does not constitute a prize, entitlement, or guarantee of any kind. Non-winners are under no obligation to use any promotional offer. Participation in the Giveaway does not obligate the participant to make any purchase.

8. Data Protection & Privacy
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data (name, email address, country of residence) by the Organizer for the purposes of administering the Giveaway (entry management, winner selection, notification, and prize fulfillment) and sending promotional communications related to the Giveaway outcome and associated offers (e.g., 5-Year Anniversary Sale). Participants may opt out of promotional communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties, except where strictly necessary to fulfill the prize (e.g., shipping carriers) or as required by applicable law. Data processing is conducted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"). Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data by contacting the Organizer at info@sybotanica.com. 9. Tax Liability
The winner is solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt of the prize, in accordance with the tax laws of their country of residence. The Organizer does not provide tax advice and is not responsible for determining or paying any taxes owed by the winner.

10. Liability & Disclaimers
The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical malfunctions, errors, or failures related to the entry platform, internet connectivity, or email delivery; shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier errors during prize fulfillment; or any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary (including, but not limited to, fraud, technical issues, force majeure, or legal/regulatory requirements). In such cases, the Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify participants. By entering, participants release the Organizer, its directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from or related to the Giveaway and/or the prize. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.

11. Intellectual Property
By entering, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their first name, country of residence, and any voluntarily submitted testimonials or comments for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation. The Organizer will not use the winner's full name, photograph, or likeness without separate written consent.

12. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false or misleading information, attempts to tamper with or manipulate the entry process, or engages in unsportsmanlike conduct or behavior that the Organizer deems detrimental to the integrity of the Giveaway. Disqualification decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

PART B: 5-YEAR ANNIVERSARY SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

13. Sale Overview
The "Celebrating 5 Years Sybotanica" sale ("Sale") offers discounts of up to 40% across selected product categories on sybotanica.com. The Sale period, including start and end dates, is specified in the promotional materials accompanying the Sale and is not repeated in these Terms. The Organizer reserves the right to modify Sale dates at its discretion. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout or via a discount code as specified in the promotional materials.

14. Discount Structure
Discounts vary by product category and are specified in the Sale promotional materials. Not all products may be included. Discounts apply only to orders placed during the active Sale period. The timestamp of order placement (not payment processing or shipping) determines eligibility. Discounts cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions, loyalty rewards, or gift card credits unless explicitly stated. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate discounts on any product or category at any time during the Sale period without prior notice.

15. No Retroactive Price Adjustments
Orders placed before the Sale period are not eligible for a retroactive price match, partial refund, or credit of any kind. The purchase price at the time of order placement is final. Orders placed after the Sale period has ended are not eligible for the Sale discount. No exceptions will be made for orders placed outside the Sale window, regardless of the reason (e.g., delayed decision, checkout issues, stock availability). The Organizer will not process refunds on pre-Sale orders for the purpose of allowing the customer to re-purchase at the Sale price. Any such requests will be declined. The Organizer will not honor Sale pricing on orders placed after the Sale period has ended, even if the customer claims they intended to purchase during the Sale.

16. Stock Availability
All Sale items are subject to availability. The Organizer does not guarantee that any specific product or size will remain in stock during the Sale period. If a product sells out during the Sale, no rain checks, backorders, or substitute discounts will be offered unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.

17. Returns & Refunds During the Sale
Sale purchases are subject to Sybotanica's standard return policy as published on sybotanica.com, unless otherwise stated. Refunds for returned Sale items will be issued at the discounted purchase price, not the original retail price.

18. Sale & Giveaway Independence
The Sale and the Giveaway are independent promotions. Participation in the Giveaway does not guarantee access to Sale discounts, and participation in the Sale does not constitute an entry into the Giveaway. Non-winners of the Giveaway may receive a promotional offer related to the Sale, but this is provided at the Organizer's discretion and is not an entitlement.

PART C: GENERAL PROVISIONS

19. Supplementary Terms
These Terms & Conditions are supplementary to, and should be read in conjunction with, the general Terms & Conditions of Sybotanica B.V. as published on sybotanica.com. In the event of a conflict between these promotional Terms and the general Terms, these promotional Terms shall prevail with respect to the Giveaway and Sale only.

20. Amendments
The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Sybotanica website, email, or social media. Continued participation after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Giveaway, the Sale, or these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

23. Third-Party Disclaimer
This Giveaway and Sale are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms Inc., TikTok, WooRise, Klaviyo, or any other third-party platform used in the promotion or administration of these events.
