Sending plants in a box over the country can seem like a scary thing. You wouldn’t want to have your new babies arriving with a damaged leaf, or even worse, rotted and dead! Through research, trial and mostly error we have come up with a fool-proof way to send your plants safely to your doorstep.
We ship our plants with pots, recycled custom-made plastic packaging.
Cutting (1 leaf) with 1 cm stem and one root (rotten at arrival) in a transparent plastic bag, sadly had been crushed between other items (soil, Perlite, charcoal, moss and another plant).
I guess it would need at least a piece of cardboard to protect for shipping.
Was bad luck - other items were all good. I’ll probably shop again but go for at least a few more leafs.
Beautiful cutting of Raphidophora Tetrasperma! Also amazing support from sybotanica they answered all my questions and gave me great pointers on how to root this successfully! It took a while to grow roots but Ive just placed it in soil today! Will buy again!
Magnifique petite plante avec déjà 4 feuilles. Vendeur à l’écoute et très professionnel. Je suis ravie !
she came a little shaken from the transport but other than that, she looks amazing! i would definitely recommend this store if you're looking for good plants
The monstera came with no damage, but the begonia came with a bit damage from freezing didn’t expect any of the plants to survive the temperature outside, shipping was fast, after acclimating the plants for a couple days planted them the begonia dropped a few leaves only 2 left but, over all really satisfied with the order.
