Yes. You do not have to send the whole thing back.

Keep what you are using and return the rest within 90 days. Opened is fine, as long as it is unused. Each returned item is refunded at the price you actually paid for it inside the bundle, so its normal price with the same bundle discount applied. Whatever you keep stays at its bundle price, nothing gets recalculated against you.

Two small things: live products like moss cannot come back, and if a return drops your order below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping is deducted. Anything damaged or wrong, just message us and we will sort it out. Full details in our return policy.

The nutrients in SYBASoil will run out in ~6 months on average. We recommend refeeding by removing the top part of the soil and adding 10-20% of the volume with fresh worm castings.

You can store SYBASoil for about 2 years. Make sure to store it cool, dark and closed off. The effectiveness of the nutrients can degrade over the years. Simply add some fresh worm castings to give the soil new life.

We recommend repotting once any of these things happen:

• You see roots growing out of the bottom of the pot
• The soil dries very quickly between watering
• The plant is top-heavy and wants to fall over
• Roots are pushing the plant up and out of the container
• Every 1 to 2 years

It does depend on the way you mix it, so experiment and see what works best!

Our packaging can be recycled at your local plastic recycling facility.

You can also re-use it for storage, or leave a little soil and use it as a propagation box!

The difference in plastic used for 2x5L bags v.s. 1x10L bag is very minimal since larger bags also require much thicker plastic.
