This moss pole kit is super flexible. Build one tall 250cm pole, or create 10–15 smaller ones depending on the diameter you want. Poles are easy to connect, extend, or reshape using the included ties or a (bamboo) stick. It’s your pole, your way.

Sphagnum Moss is a plant parent’s secret weapon. It holds onto moisture like a sponge while still allowing airflow, ideal for moisture retention and aeration around aerial roots. That’s why it’s a top pick for plant cuttings, seed starting, air layering, and supporting those gorgeous epiphytic roots on species like Monstera, Philodendron, or Anthurium.

The included mesh fence features 12.7mm holes, which are big enough for roots to grow through but tight enough to keep your moss in place. That makes it a smart choice for creating a reusable pole that can evolve as your plant does.

While perfect for climbing houseplants, the moss itself is versatile. Use it in terrariums, for orchids, carnivorous plants, or any setup where a natural low pH and moisture-loving environment is essential. Rehydrate and expand the moss before use, and you’ll have a fluffy, plant-friendly rooting medium that encourages growth from day one.

Tip: use the green wire that holds the fence roll together as a temporary plant tie. Just remember to remove it once your plant is rooted, those stems can get choked as they grow!
