How do I place a B2B order?

You can place your B2B order using our order page. Fill in the products and quantities you want and submit the form.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on your location and the size of your order.

You can see the exact shipping cost in the shipping calculator at the top of the ordering page.

What is the delivery lead time for my order?

The average lead time is 2 to 3 weeks, depending on stock availability & order size.

We only start preparing your order after the invoice has been paid.

Please note most items are made-to-order as we produce in-house.

What product should I buy / what will sell well?

We offer a few standard orders that are based on what we know sells well, based on the knowledge of five years of selling our products. We recommend getting those. You can find them on the B2B Ordering Page.

If you are still unsure which product is right for you, please contact business@sybotanica.com and we will help you choose the right option.

Can I place an order without a VAT number?

Currently not, please use our regular B2C website.

What are your payment terms?

We expect payment before shipping the order. Once the invoice is paid, we will prepare and ship the order. At this moment we are not changing this policy.

Is there a minimum order quantity or value?

The minimum order value is €150 ex-VAT, ex-shipping.

For heavy products like SYBAStones, we cannot ship them in boxes, these products must be ordered per pallet.

Which products are available for B2B?

We only sell the products listed in our B2B assortment and cannot sell other products.

If you are looking for bulk soil in big bags, we may be able to provide this. Please email business@sybotanica.com.

Can I get custom configurations?

Currently we do not offer custom configurations.

Can you provide documents such as commercial invoices, HS Codes, TARIC codes, or product data?

On request we can provide documents such as commercial invoices, HS Codes, and TARIFF codes. All documents & information is non-binding, and we cannot provide advice on which tax rate you should use when selling the products.

Orders shipped from the Netherlands to other EU countries are excluding VAT using the reverse charge mechanism.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to the following locations: NL, BE, DE, AT, FR, DK, FI, SE, ES, IT, PT, IE. The shipping cost will automatically appear in the calculator when placing your order.

We also ship to the following countries: GR, PL, Slovakia, LT, HR, Canary Islands, UK with custom quotes, please get in contact.
