What do you do as Operational Logistics Manager at Sybotanica?
You are responsible for the entire order picking process & warehouse. You work in the operation yourself on a daily basis, ensuring that orders are dispatched the same day, the warehouse is tidy & stock is accurate.
You recognise this in yourself
- You like to be physically busy and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- You can keep an overview, even under pressure and stressful circumstances.
- You are willing to grow with our start-up, with tasks varying and expanding as the company grows.
- Forklift certificate is a plus
- Experience in a similar role is a plus

What do you do as Logistics Employee at Sybotanica?
Making sure orders (from small packages to large pallets) are fulfilled correctly and on time. Communication with production about stock levels, organizing the warehouse, process returns, small administrative tasks & inventory management.

What do you do as Head of Content at Sybotanica?
You have the final responsibility over the content production (from Short form to physical print). You are responsible for our growth on socials and consistency in brand & copy. Coming up with new ideas for our content. You will be building out a team (either in-house or outsourced) to help with the production of content as we grow to help spread the mission of Sybotanica!
This is what you recognize in yourself
- Experience in content production, social growth & specifically short-form content.
- A creative mind with knowledge of the houseplant niche.
- You enjoy telling stories & educating an audience on houseplant care.
- Experience with print design is a plus

What do you do as Head of Product Development at Sybotanica?
Together with me (Sybren, Founder) you are responsible for our product roadmap. Our goal is to make and keep as many plants healthy as possible through our soil & plant care products. From developing new product lines to improving our existing ones, you will be the leading force in the research & development of these products.
