Refund policy

Changed your mind before your order ships? You can cancel your order free of charge at any time until it is fulfilled. Use the "Cancel/return order" link at the bottom of our website and your order will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

We get it, sometimes things don't work out. No worries! You can return your order within 90 days of receiving it.

While you don't need to tell us why you want to return, we would really appreciate it! Returns have a symbolic €2.99 fee for the following countries:

  • The Netherlands
  • Germany
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg

& €9.99 for any other country.

Important Notes:

  • Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. It may take an additional 1-5 days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If a return lowers your order below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping costs will be deducted.

Returning part of a bundle:

You can return part of a bundle, you do not have to send the whole thing back. Opened is fine, as long as it is unused. Each returned item is refunded at the price you actually paid for it inside the bundle, so its normal price with the same bundle discount applied. For example, if an item normally costs €12.99 and the bundle was 30% off, the refund is €9.09. Whatever you keep stays at its bundle price.

Non-returnable items:

  • Live products, such as cushion moss, sheet moss and live nematodes, cannot be returned due to their perishable nature.

As an EU consumer you always have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This policy extends that period to 90 days and never limits your legal rights. Business (B2B) orders are handled personally by our B2B team, simply reply to your order confirmation.
