How long does it take to ship my products?

Order before 16:30 on working days to have your order shipped same-day.

Why does my order appear to have been delivered but actually has not yet been delivered?

There are a few possible explanations. To start off please make sure to:
- Check the tracking code received in your email to ensure it isn't delivered at your neighbours or at a local post office.

If this not the case, please reach out to us. Sometimes the driver is
unable to deliver the package. We will get it sorted out for you.

I want to change my delivery date/location/pickup point

Usually, that is possible! Please check the tracking email you received from the shipping company. They will give you information on how to change the requested information. If you can't seem to find it, feel free to reach out to our support team. 

I want to add something to my order?

It is very easy to add a product to your order! Just email us your order
number (like SYB000) with the products you would like added. We will take care of the rest. 

Please note that sometimes the order is already dispatched, in that case we can work with you for a fitting solution.

How do I track my order?

Yay! Your order is on it's way. You will receive an email with the tracking code in a couple of hours. 

How does shipping work?

After you have placed your order, our team at Sybotanica will carefully collect your products.

For accurate shipment times check the specific product page. 

Please note that the advertised shipment times are the times given to us by your chosen carrier, sometimes there will be slight delays.
Please wait 2 days after the advertised time before contacting us. Your tracking code sent by email will give you the details needed. 

Refunds & Returns

Refund/return policy

You are free to return any items (except living things like live moss) 30 days past the date you received your order.

While you don't need to tell us why you want to return, we would really appreciate it! Returns are free for the following countries:
- The Netherlands
- Germany
- Belgium
- Luxembourg

For other countries, the buyer pays for return shipping & makes the shipping label. Orders can be returned to:

We will try to process a refund as soon as we receive your package. Please keep in mind this may take up to 5 business days after receiving your package. It then takes another 1-5 days for the money to show up in your bank account.

Please note that in case of any issues we will solve it at no cost! 

** If free shipping is offered above a certain amount, say 50 euro's, and returning part of your order brings the total below 50 euro's, the standard shipping costs will be charged

Where can I find my invoice?

You will receive an order confirmation email with a download link to your invoice.

My discount code doesn't work

A discount code can be added during checkout after entering your address details. 

There are a few reasons your discount code doesn't work. Please make sure that:
- You don't already have a discount applied (You can remove it by clicking the little "x")
- The discount code is still valid.

The discount code can be applied at the checkout screen. If you still have issues please reach out to usinfo@sybotanica.com

Products in my order are damaged or missing

We are sorry to hear that!

Sometimes things don't go as intended, but no worries. Tell us which products are missing or damaged, your order number (Ex. SYB0000) and relevant pictures. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a fitting solution.

What is your review policy?

Do you want to leave a review? We will reach out to you via email after your purchase! 

We do our best to ensure honest reviews. Both for our
customers and ourselves. We want to give a clear and transparent view of the quality of our products & brand.


The only way to accomplish this is to show actual reviews that offer no incentive whatsoever.


We do not pay anyone to place a good review or remove a bad one. 

To accomplish this we partnered up with Trustpilot, who
checks if reviews are real and honest. We also show reviews from 3rd party platforms like Etsy, Bol.com, Amazon and eBay. They take responsibility for their own reviews.

We actively remove fake reviews; positive or negative. We check for fake reviews by verifying if the customer actually placed an order from us. 

Do note that we offer paid incentives for video’s created by influencers and customers, who review our products and brand. We will always let you know if this is the case. 


Creating this content takes time and we reimburse them for it.
