This ready to use Sphagnum moss is very versatile. Use it as a hydroponic plant growing medium, add it to your orchid soil mix or use it in a false bottom layer for your terrarium. It is also a great propagation medium. You can even make a kokedama ball out of it!

Most sphagnum moss comes compressed, you have to hydrate it fully before use. Our sphagnum is ready to use and slightly damp! Buy our sphagnum moss in handy 3L bags & larger 36L nets.

A 5 Liter bag will fill about 10x 10cm pots. Have a look at this handy infographic.
Our packaging is completely recyclable. The labels are made of kraft paper and can be composted. The bag's can be either re-used or disposed with your local plastic recycling service.

Ik heb een aantal knollen van de alocasia's op spagnummos liggen en na amper 2 weken zie je ze al ontkiemen

In de omschrijving las ik dat er wat takjes en bladeren tussen het mos kon zitten. Ik was er niet op voorbereid dat er zoveel tussen zou zitten. Ik heb minstens helft weg moeten gooien omdat het onbruikbaar was.. Niet om aan te raden.

The day I got the moss I opened it and started my terrarium project. There where a lot of ants in the first handful of moss I riped apart. A minutes later, I spotted a caterpillar. At that moment I stopped my terrarium project and putt a of the moss in a large plastic box. Now, about 3 or 4 weeks later there are thousands of little black creatures in it. I hope there are none in my terrarium, because if there were any i would have to throw it out. All in all i am not at all happy.

The moss looks really good, can't wait to repot my Nepenthes into it! Very well packed, will definitely recommend! 😁

Overall it was fine but there was some moss that was completely black mixed in, unfortunate.
